Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Platform
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in AI, the ability to lead end-to-end technology projects, design and implement enterprise AI agents, and connect business needs, user experience, and robust engineering architecture. This role is intended for a senior member of the development team with a clear leadership orientation, the ability to lead complex projects from day one, and experience leading teams in a matrix structure. Key Responsibilities Full Stack development of modern software solutions, including backend, frontend, APIs, integrations, and supporting infrastructure. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents intended to support daily workflows, automation, information retrieval, summarization, decision-making, and user assistance. Write, maintain, and secure MCP Servers, including exposing tools, resources, and capabilities from internal systems for use by AI agents. Lead end-to-end AI technology projects: defining the need, specification, architecture design, development, testing, rollout, and value measurement. Work closely with business stakeholders, product, information security, infrastructure, and other development teams to turn ideas into practical AI capabilities. Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and working patterns in the areas of LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Tool Calling, Evaluation, and Orchestration. Translate complex business needs into simple, stable, secure, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions. Provide professional leadership to other developers, conduct code reviews, define engineering standards, and guide architectural decisions. Requirements :Requirements At least 3 years of Python development experience. At least 3 years of React development experience. Deep practical understanding of modern AI, with an emphasis on LLMs, AI agents, enterprise productivity tools, and workflow automation. Hands-on experience building AI agents, including workflow design, integration with external tools, error handling, permissions, user context, and model limitations. Experience writing or integrating MCP Servers, or a proven ability to quickly learn and implement MCP in an enterprise environment. Ability to lead complex technology projects, manage tasks, risks, dependencies, stakeholder coordination, and delivery against goals. Strong architectural thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems and design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
