SecOps Engineer

We are looking for a SecOps Engineer to join our OMC Group. If you live and breathe infrastructure, understand systems end to end, and know how to harden servers and services - this role is for you. What you’ll be responsible for: • Security hardening and approval of all new services and infrastructure across the organization • Reviewing and implementing security standards (Linux, Windows, networking, cloud) • Performing security reviews of projects prior to customer delivery • Managing internal information security policies for endpoints, servers, and infrastructure • Working hands-on with security tools such as EDR, antivirus solutions, SIEM systems, and more We’re looking for someone who is: • Hands-on - not just paperwork-oriented • Comfortable working directly with configurations, traffic analysis, and vulnerability identification • Strong in networking concepts, servers, protocols, and firewalls • Capable of hardening systems and building secure configurations from the ground up Mandatory requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in Information Security / System Administration / DevOps • Practical, hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments • Strong understanding of networking: routing, switching, firewalls • Experience working with security solutions such as EDR, AV, MFA, and WAF • Proven ability to perform system hardening and identify / remediate vulnerabilities Nice to have: • Experience with cloud and virtualization environments • Basic scripting knowledge (Bash / Python)
