Your role will include: The Wolf Center at the Weizmann Institute of Science is seeking a Computational Researcher to develop AI/ML solutions and investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases. This highly collaborative role sits at the intersection of Machine Learning, Computational Biology, and Biomedical Research, integrating real-world clinical data and molecular experiments to develop innovative disease prediction models and identify potential therapeutic targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, design, and execute AI/ML-driven biomedical research projects in collaboration with biologists and clinicians. Develop predictive models that integrate real-world clinical data with molecular experimental data. Apply advanced computational approaches, including deep learning, computer vision, statistical genetics, causal inference, and multi-omics analysis. Translate research findings into insights with the potential to advance novel therapeutic strategies.
