As a Senior NLP Algorithm Developer , you’ll be part of a high-impact team focused on building cutting-edge Generative AI and NLP solutions for real-time sports content automation. You’ll work with large-scale data, state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms, and collaborate with product and business teams to bring high-performance models from research to production- all in a dynamic, product-oriented environment. ‍ What You’ll Do: Research and develop end-to-end real-time NLP and Generative AI solutions Design and implement Generative models , advanced prompts, and classical ML/NLP techniques Own the full development cycle : problem definition, research, implementation, and production deployment Conduct model training and evaluation in real-world production environments Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Account teams to translate success metrics into measurable goals Tackle complex problems across text, speech, audio , and structured data domains Requirements: Must: B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on AI / NLP / ML / Computer Vision 3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP and deep learning algorithm development Proficiency in Python Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, take ownership, and rapidly prototype innovative ideas Nice to Have: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant field Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Proven track record in research-to-production development ‍ Experience with real-time or large-scale content systems
