Mobile Tech Lead
We’re looking for a Mobile Tech Lead to own and drive our mobile experience. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape architecture, push for technical excellence, and build high-performance, real-time applications in a collaborative environment. Role Responsibilities: Build, ship, and maintain production-grade mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript Own mobile features end-to-end-from architecture and design to testing and release. Optimize for smooth animations, fast load times, and a pixel-perfect, native feel. Build robust data flows using WebSockets and efficient state management. Manage the full mobile lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and App Store/Google Play release cycles. Raise the engineering bar through technical leadership and collaboration. Requirements: Must-Have: 5+ years in Mobile development; at least 2 years of hands-on React Native experience shipping production apps. Proven experience as a Tech Lead or leading complex architectural decisions in mobile. Deep understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and native module integration. Strong experience with WebSockets and real-time data handling. Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal). B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Nice-to-Have: Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest , Detox , or Maestro Experience with OTA updates(CodePush/EAS) Backend experience - Big Plus. Background in real-time data applications (live scores, streaming data, dashboards)
