BMC is looking for a Lead UX/AI Product Manager to join our amazing Control-M team in Israel! Control-M is BMC’s industry-leading orchestration and automation platform. Control-M from BMC helps the world's largest companies automate time-sensitive, business-critical workflows. We orchestrate data and ML pipelines, supply chains, production lines, financial transactions, and many other processes in complex IT environments worldwide. The Control-M product management team defines the future vision for the product, analyses business opportunities, specifies and prioritizes customer requirements, directs product development teams, and supports successful commercial outcomes throughout the product lifecycle. As product manager, you will be or become an expert on the product, market, and related business domains. You get to focus solely on building a world-class Agentic / AI-native product You get to play a pivotal role in a growth-focused, innovation-driven environment at a Silicon Valley-based culture In this role, you will: Work closely with customers, prospects, sales, pre-sales, and customer success to understand current pain points and potential future needs. Help plan product deliveries, including documenting requirements, prioritizing release content, and publishing roadmaps. Work closely with development and QA, solutions marketing, and support teams to ensure that solutions are delivered to plan, sales teams are enabled, and customers are satisfied. Ensure product-market fit in the domains under your responsibility, including maintaining a strategic backlog of prioritized features (we currently use Aha!). Work in a globally distributed organization and will be expected to collaborate effectively with remote stakeholders. Requirements: At least 5 years of product management experience for a SaaS product in an enterprise/B2B software company. Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers & a strong customer service ethic Knowledge and hands-on experience of current AI approaches including: Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agents and data pipelines Implementing assistive AI within SaaS and on-premises products Understanding of protocols such as MCP and A2A General knowledge of AI-related services provided by cloud vendors such as AWS, GCP, Azure At least 3 years of experience in UX-oriented product management, including: Experience in working with and generating collaboration between engineering and design teams (including globally distributed teams) User research, working directly with users in enterprise environments Data-driven UX optimization, A/B testing Fluency in using AI tools for a variety of day-to-day PM tasks; e.g. market and user research, business cases, writing PRDs / stories, etc. to drive with velocity Confidence in presenting to different types of audience (technical/business, junior/senior, small/large). Ability to distil complex business and technical requirements into clear, concise requirements and prioritized feature backlogs. Proven collaboration with marketing staff to ensure clear internal and external messaging. Ability to move seamlessly between the 'big picture' and very low levels of technical and business detail. Fluent English, spoken and written. A can-do approach. Willingness to travel A first degree or equivalent, ideally in a science or engineering discipline. Advantages: Deep domain expertise in one or more of: workload automation, data platforms, orchestration, observability, AI/ML infrastructure. Technical background as a Software Developer / Data Engineer / ML Engineer – major advantage Knowledge of various business domains such as Telecom, Finance, Retail, IT Service Management etc. Experience in Cloud-based services and related technologies
