Mechanical Engineer – Aeromechanical Systems (UAV) We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in aeromechanical systems (UAV/aircraft), including structural design, materials, integration, and testing. Responsibilities: Mechanical design of components and assemblies for UAV platforms Structural design, including sheet metal and/or composite structures Material selection, stress analysis, and engineering calculations Design for Manufacturing (DFM) of precision mechanical parts (CNC) Mechanical integration with electrical, electronic, and software systems Supporting testing and design validation processes, from ground tests through full system integration Troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues during product development Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – required 5+ years of experience in mechanical design of aeronautical systems (aircraft or UAV) – required Strong experience in structural design and mechanical systems – required Experience with composite materials and lightweight alloys – required Experience in DFM of CNC-machined precision parts – required Strong analytical skills in stress, materials, and structural analysis Experience with V&V (Verification & Validation) processes Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or equivalent) Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team High level of English Experience turning engineering concepts into physical products Familiarity with AI tools for engineering and development processes Note: Experience in the field of drones alone is not considered sufficient for this role.
