Marketing Graphic Designer (70%) | UI/UX Designer (30%)

Precise is looking for a creative and talented Marketing Graphic Designer with UI/UX capabilities to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on marketing, branding, and graphic design, while also supporting selected UI/UX initiatives across our products and digital platforms. What You'll Do: Design marketing materials for digital and offline channels, including social media assets, ads, presentations, brochures, one-pagers, landing pages, newsletters, and event materials. Create sales and business development materials that support client meetings, proposals, product launches, campaigns, and events. Maintain and evolve Precise's visual brand across multiple products and markets. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Management teams. Transform complex business and product messages into clear, engaging, and professional visual assets. Design presentations and client-facing materials for global audiences. Support product teams with UI/UX design tasks, including wireframes, user flows, mockups, and improvements to existing product experiences. Create high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools. Requirments: • 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Marketing Design, Brand Design, or a similar role. • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, branding, presentation, and digital design work. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools. • Strong understanding of UI/UX, typography, layout, branding, and visual design principles. • Experience creating marketing materials, digital campaigns, landing pages, and client-facing assets. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. • Experience with Jira. • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Fluent English. Nice to Have: • Experience designing for B2B companies, SaaS products, Legal-Tech, FinTech, A&E firms, or other professional services organizations. • Experience designing landing pages, digital campaigns, and performance marketing assets. • Experience with AI-powered design tools and emerging design technologies. • Experience with mobile app design. • Experience creating animations, motion graphics, or short-form video content. Role Focus: Approximately 70% marketing, brand, and graphic design. Approximately 30% UI/UX and product design support.
