Director of Sales and Marketing
Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the marketing and sales departments within the company. You must understand the industry, economic trends and lead the teams’ strategies for success. We are looking for a Sales passionate individual, with a proven ability to close deals and convert leads. If you are a doer, independent thinker, as well as a team player, with a positive attitude; we want to speak to you. Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies to achieve business and marketing goals Develop conversion strategies to conduct business and sales goals Monitor industry trends and competitors to support marketing and sales goals Provide plans and forecasts to leadership for sales and marketing organizations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing and or computer science or other relevant areas Proven hands-on experience in the area of sales and marketing in a B2B/SaaS company. Experience with selling SaaS or software products – Big advantage Experience with leading a team – Advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English & Hebrew
