QA Team Leader – Cosmetics & OTC Manufacturing
Location: Central Israel Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Job Description An advanced cosmetics manufacturing facility in Central Israel is seeking an experienced QA Team Leader to join its quality assurance department. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly qualified QA professional to take on a key leadership role in a dynamic, regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) team. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, and applicable regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management procedures and systems. Manage deviations, quality investigations, customer complaints, and corrective actions. Prepare for, coordinate, and lead internal and external quality audits. Ensure compliance with FDA requirements applicable to OTC products. Lead and support FDA inspections, including presenting quality processes, documentation, and providing professional responses to inspectors. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or OTC manufacturing facilities – Mandatory . Hands-on experience with GMP and ISO 22716 requirements. Proven experience managing and leading QA teams. Experience developing and implementing quality procedures and quality management systems. Strong background in deviation management, investigations, and complaint handling. Proven experience preparing for and leading internal and external audits. Demonstrated experience with FDA regulatory requirements for OTC products – Mandatory . Ability to professionally lead FDA inspections, including presenting processes, documentation, and responding to inspectors. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal – Mandatory . Immediate availability for a full-time position – Mandatory .
