Lead Hardware Engineer
Core Responsibilities Own delivery of the company's custom hardware products end to end through the JDM/OEM partner, from spec and design through DVT/PVT to mass production and fulfillment. Drive the program: manage the HW PM, hold the partner to schedule, cost, and quality, and coordinate tightly with our embedded and software teams on FW integration and test-station bring-up. Required Proven Experience Shipped at least one consumer electronics product to mass production A-to-Z through an external OEM/JDM, owning the full NPI gate progression (EVT/DVT/PVT) including cost, tooling, supply chain, and quality. Systems engineering or program management background with hands-on command of hardware/firmware integration, DFM, and contract-manufacturer management, ideally in compact battery-powered devices.
