The Role As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will work close to the core of the business: revenue. You will collaborate directly with advertisers/publishers, monitor live campaign performance, analyze payout models, understand user funnels, and support optimization efforts. You will gain real insight into how monetization works in practice. This is not a passive role. You are expected to contribute from day one. The more ownership you take, the more responsibility you will receive. What You’ll Be Responsible For Partner Communication Maintain ongoing communication with partners. Build trust and position Torox as a reliable, long-term partner. Performance Management Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements. Revenue Optimization Spot scaling opportunities within accounts and help maximize revenue potential. Operational Accuracy Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, tracking is accurate, and optimizations are implemented consistently. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth operations. The Environment We move fast. Expectations are high. Decisions are made quickly. Analytical Ability You are comfortable working with data and drawing clear, logical conclusions. Strong Communication Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
