Junior Campaign Manager - Performance Marketing × AI/Code
DAN SOLO is a performance marketing company running campaigns across iGaming, travel, e-commerce, and more. We build our own tracking infrastructure and lean hard into AI tooling. We're looking for a junior who's as comfortable reading a dashboard as they are tinkering with code. What you'll do: • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple ad networks • Analyze performance data and iterate fast • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to build internal scripts, automations, and landing pages — "vibe coding" welcome • Work directly with our tracking stack and reporting tools What we're looking for: • Genuine affinity for code — you don't need to be a developer, but you should love automating things and not be afraid of a terminal • Comfort with AI-assisted development (building small tools, scripts, prompts) • Analytical mindset, data-driven, detail-oriented • English — written and spoken (we work globally) • Hungry to learn — this is a junior role with room to grow Nice to have: • Any exposure to HTML/JS/Python • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, ad networks, or tracking platforms • Basic SQL The setup: • Hybrid — Herzliya office + work from home • First month: 4 days/week in-office onboarding & training, then hybrid • Junior salary, real growth, and a front-row seat to where AI meets performance marketing 📍 Herzliya (hybrid) Interested?
