Architect scalable, maintainable, and efficient code and services utilizing modern web technologies. Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, enhancing application functionality and user experience. Provide technical and project leadership, mentoring junior team members, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our platforms and development practices. About You: A proactive team player adept at leading and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Over 5 years of experience in frontend development. Demonstrated success as a team leader or tech lead in developing and deploying web and mobile applications that are actively used in the market. Comprehensive understanding of the full frontend development lifecycle. Proficiency in modern web and mobile technologies and software engineering best practices. A passion for delivering scalable and robust applications that drive business growth. Advantages: Experience with backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java. Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scaling.
