Company Description: growing international healthcare technology company; Location: Hybrid (work-from-home and work-from-office) Language: Fluent English required Responsibilities Include: Manage and monitor on-site and off-site network hardware and equipment peripherals, including company data centers, servers, office computers, healthcare applications, routers, switches, firewalls, printers and UPS Configure and maintain virtualization platforms and software systems 2nd Level real-time support and escalation to resolve service issues and high-level troubleshooting Track and resolve system issues with Tier 1 providers (Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) Ability to organize and maintain detailed analysis and documentation of company technical information and data Support, purchase and upgrade technical IT inventory Advantage to candidates with experience in firewalls, routers and switches Professional Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience as a IT System Admin Course graduates - MCSA /MCITP/ MCSE/CCNA or equivalent knowledge Experience in operating a 24/7 high-availability IT infrastructure Ability to diagnose and resolve fundamental technical issues Customer support mindset and excellent communication skills English fluency – verbal and written We feel an applicant with the following characteristics would fit well with this team’s international and dynamic culture: Superb English verbal and written communication skills Highly intelligent and quick learner Mature and motivated self-starter comfortable operating with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision; i.e. prove time and again that you are extremely competent and high performing, and we will get out of the way and let you manage yourself Exhibit meticulous organization – personally and professionally Feel excited and energized when working in intense, fast-paced and hard-working environments
