We are hiring IT Systems Engineer – Herzliya, Israel Your strengths Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 4–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related technical roles Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory Experience supporting endpoint technologies, device deployments, modern workplace solutions, troubleshooting and end-user support Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, networking and end-user environments Good understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure technologies and systems administration fundamentals Experience supporting both onsite and remote users Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in an international environment Excellent communication skills in English and a strong customer-service mindset Nice to have: VMware, Cisco technologies, SQL Server, SCCM/Intune, hybrid infrastructure, and security monitoring experience Your contribution Provide onsite and remote IT support for users, including hardware, software, mobile devices, and collaboration tools Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS machines and endpoint technologies Support onboarding/offboarding activities and ensure workplace readiness Act as the local IT partner whilst collaborating with global IT teams across Europe and the US Support systems administration, infrastructure, networking, and security activities Act as "smart hands" support for global infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams Assist with troubleshooting infrastructure, connectivity, application, and operational technology issues Monitor and perform basic remediation activities for operational systems, services, and scheduled jobs Perform initial triage of security alerts and coordinate with global security teams when required Manage local IT assets, inventory, hardware logistics and local vendor relationships Participate in global IT projects and contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives Work closely with colleagues across Europe and North America as part of a global follow-the-sun support model Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content Contribute to global IT projects, process improvements, and operational excellence Our strength An international team with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration A global IT environment with exposure to modern technologies Opportunities to contribute to international projects and process improvements Comprehensive onboarding and development opportunities A meaningful role in a growing MedTech company with a clear mission: saving lives Apply now and become part of the Artivion team.
