Information Systems Coordinator (Part-Time / Freelance)
We are looking for an Information Systems Coordinator to join our team and bridge the gap between information systems, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and technological innovation. This position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working with data, mapping corporate processes, and assisting in the daily implementation of technological tools and system upgrades. Key Responsibilities: System Administration & Support: Assist in the maintenance and operational characterization of organizational information systems. AI Tool Integration: Coordinate and support the practical use of routine AI tools within the office environment. Analytics: Analyze complex data sets, define cross-organizational KPIs, and generate actionable insights to support executive decision-making. Implementation: Provide hands-on guidance and support to employees during the deployment of systems and new administrative tools. Data & Reporting: Handle data entry, update key metrics, and generate reports and spreadsheets using Excel. Routine Tech Operations: Work regularly with everyday business software and advanced office computing tools to support steady workflow. Who we are looking for: Education: B.Sc./B.A. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related administrative/technical field. Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in similar hands-on information systems support, data analysis, or system coordination roles. Practical AI Knowledge: Proven familiarity and day-to-day experience using AI tools. Technical Skills: Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Hands-on experience with process characterization and tracking routine system implementations. Experience in updating data, tracking indicators, and running office reports. Systems Familiarity: Prior experience with Microsoft management tools, Priority ERP, or equivalent business information systems. ***Scope: Part-Time position.
