Akita Cyber is hiring a CS & Operations Coordinator to join our team — no previous cybersecurity experience required! This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a background in technical support, help desk, or IT operations who’s ready to grow into a more strategic, client-facing role. Key Responsibilities: Travel to client sites as required. Track project timelines, deliverables, and team assignments. Support the team in organizing and optimizing workflows. Collaborate with the team lead on resource planning and task prioritization. Participate in onboarding calls and help translate technical insights into business value. Help identify additional services that can support the client’s cybersecurity goals. Schedule and lead regular check-ins to understand client needs. Be the go-to contact for our clients — answering questions, tracking progress, and making sure they’re happy. Ideal Candidate: 1–2 years of experience in help desk, IT support, or technical coordination. Strong communication skills — written and verbal in English and Hebrew. Highly organized with attention to detail. Eager to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field. Comfortable with client communication and teamwork. Advantage: Basic understanding of project or task management tools.
