IT Site Specialist
IT Site Specialist Herzliya Full-time | Employment via outsourcing company Responsibilities Serve as the main IT point of contact for all site employees Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues Manage and maintain local IT infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and cabling Support the R&D environment and ensure reliable access to development tools and secure networks Handle user account management, equipment provisioning, and access permissions Implement and maintain IT security and cybersecurity policies according to global standards Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues, including escalation to global IT teams when required Coordinate infrastructure updates, deployments, and IT projects with international teams Maintain accurate documentation, inventory, and site configurations Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and hybrid collaboration tools Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and user satisfaction Manage backup processes for servers and end-user workstations Requirements Education in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience) At least 7 years of experience in IT support and network administration in a corporate/R&D environment Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Active Directory Deep understanding of networking technologies and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi) Familiarity with endpoint management and security tools Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with global IT teams Fluent English – spoken and written (mandatory) If you're passionate about IT infrastructure, user support, and working in a dynamic global environment — we'd love to hear from you.
