Your role will include: Leading and supporting research projects focusing on extracellular vesicles, lipid nanoparticles, biological nanoparticles, and multidisciplinary workflows. Developing, optimizing, and validating experimental protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Performing and supervising isolation, purification, characterization, and imaging processes of extracellular vesicles, conducting functional assays, and integrating multi-omics and other core facility technologies. Providing scientific consultation and user support , including troubleshooting, result reporting, and follow-up. Coordinating multidisciplinary projects and maintaining ongoing communication with suppliers, including evaluating technologies and instrumentation, obtaining technical information and price quotes, and assisting with equipment selection, purchase, installation, and integration. Participating in the development of new scientific services and integrating them into the unit's routine workflows.
