Salesforce Project Manager
Requirements This isn’t just a "task-tracking" job. It’s a position for a systems thinker who loves stakeholder management and wants to stay deep in the world of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and beyond. What will you actually do? Lead the Journey: Own Salesforce projects from the initial "kick-off" high to the "go-live" champagne. Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business needs into clear, scalable functional requirements (you’re the link between business goals and tech reality). Master the Board: Manage timelines, development teams, and risks with a calm, structured approach. Advocate for Best Practices: Ensure we’re building smart, maintainable solutions, not just "quick fixes." 3+ years in Salesforce Project Management or Systems Analysis. Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities (Flows, Automations, Lightning, Security). Ability to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball. Excellent English (written and verbal) and top-tier interpersonal skills. If you’re a former Admin or Hands-on Implementer—that’s a huge plus!
