Senior Product Manager
Rep AI builds an AI-powered sales assistant for e-commerce brands , helping merchants increase conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction through proactive, intelligent conversations. We work with fast-growing DTC brands and are expanding beyond Shopify into a platform + SDK that can support any commerce stack. We’re a Series A company with strong traction, scaling our product, customers, and team in the US. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own core product areas end-to-end , from discovery to delivery and iteration. This is a high-impact, hands-on role working directly with engineering, design, AI/ML, sales, and customer success. You’ll be responsible for turning customer problems and business goals into clear product strategy, roadmap, and execution — especially in areas like: AI-driven conversations & automation Merchant configuration & onboarding Analytics, insights, and ROI visibility Platform/SDK expansion beyond Shopify This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage, high-ownership environments and wants to shape a category-defining AI product. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Discovery Own and evolve product strategy for key domains (AI assistant behavior, merchant tools, platform/SDK, analytics) Translate company goals (ARR, expansion, retention) into clear product initiatives Deeply understand merchants, shoppers, and internal stakeholders through research, data, and direct customer interaction Identify and validate opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insights Roadmap & Execution Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics Prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-moving environment with limited resources Partner closely with engineering to ship high-quality features quickly Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, sales, CS, and marketing Own launches, rollout plans, and post-launch measurement AI & Platform Focus Work with AI/ML teams to define product requirements for conversational AI, automation, and personalization Balance AI capabilities with UX clarity, merchant control, and trust Lead product decisions around: Proactive AI triggers (on-site behavior, cart state, intent) AI configuration & guardrails for brands SDKs, APIs, and extensibility for non-Shopify platforms Metrics & Impact Define and track product success metrics (conversion lift, AOV, engagement, retention) Use data to inform decisions and iterate quickly Clearly communicate tradeoffs and outcomes to leadership What we're looking for: Must-Have 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS Experience owning complex products end-to-end (not just features) Strong product sense: ability to simplify complexity and focus on real customer value Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and ship continuously Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional Comfort operating with ambiguity and high ownership Strong Plus Experience in e-commerce , Shopify ecosystem , or retail tech Experience with AI/ML-powered products or automation tools Platform, API, or SDK product experience Startup / scale-up background (Series A–C) Data-driven mindset with hands-on analytics experience What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) Clear ownership of major product areas with measurable business impact Faster, more confident product execution across teams Improved merchant onboarding, configuration, and ROI visibility Well-defined platform strategy beyond Shopify Strong trust from engineering, leadership, and customers Why Join Rep AI Build a category-defining AI product in e-commerce Massive ownership and influence on product direction Direct access to founders and leadership Real customer impact at scale Competitive compensation + equity Location: Israel
