About the role We're looking for an Experienced Backend / Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work on mission-critical systems powering regulated digital asset trading, tokenized securities, and next-generation financial infrastructure. The challenges you'll tackle include low-latency services, high-throughput APIs, real-time market data, trading workflows, and scalable distributed systems operating in a highly regulated environment. What you’ll do Design, build, and optimize core platform modules across the stack Develop high-performance, low-latency services powering digital asset trading and operations Build scalable, reliable APIs using TypeScript and Node.js Take part in architectural decisions and help shape the evolution of our platform Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features Contribute to both backend services and frontend features as needed What we're looking for BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience with Node.js Hands-on experience with MongoDB Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch Experience with unit testing (Mocha or equivalent framework) Ability to identify and address technical debt Passion about clean, high quality and maintainable code Nice to have Knowledge of CI/CD environments Experience with React or an equivalent UI framework Hands-on experience in a microservices environment Experience with NestJS / HapiJS / TypeScript Experience with trading platforms (significant advantage), exchange infrastructure, or real-time financial systems Experience with blockchain technologies, digital assets, and on-chain concepts Experience building systems in regulated Fintech environments This is a full-time employment position.
