The role entails full end-to-end responsibility for managing projects from requirement definition to implementation and delivery, operating in a dynamic, multi-interface, and challenging environment. The position is as a Project Consultant. Areas of Responsibility: · End-to-End (E2E) Project Management: Initiation planning' execution, implementation, and delivery. · Leading complex engineering/technological projects in a multi-interface environment. · Gathering and analyzing requirements, formulating solutions, and driving decision-making processes. · Working with suppliers, contactors, and internal stakeholders, matrix management of professional teams. · Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones. · Preparing specification documents, work plans, and status/progress reports for management. Job Requirements · Academic degree or Practical Engineer or Engineer- advantage in cellular or telecommunications fields. · 4-6 years of proven experience in managing technological projects, tender management, budget management, Gantt charts, and timelines. · Proven experience working in cellular companies or telecommunications providers- an advantage. · Proficiency in waterfall and experience with confluence or jira- an advantage. שלח/י קו"ח שתף משרה
