We build and test services and products using AI, working across data, models, platforms, devices, and infrastructure to ensure those systems perform as expected at scale We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Developer with strong expertise in both backend data engineering and frontend BI development. The role involves designing and delivering end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI On-Premises, SQL, Python, and AI-powered tools to support data-driven business decisions. This is a full-time position in Lod Responsibilities: BI Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to support business and operational decision-making Data Engineering & Modeling: Design and maintain data infrastructure using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server; develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, Python-based data processing, and advanced Tabular data models. Advanced Analytics: Develop complex DAX measures, calculations, and statistical analyses; identify trends and business insights using data analysis and AI-powered tools. Data Integration & Quality: Design ETL processes and integrate data from SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, text files, and enterprise systems. Validate and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency. End-to-End Delivery: Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage the full BI development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with business users, technical teams, system owners, and data providers to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance BI solutions. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems specialization), Statistics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing end-to-end BI solutions, including backend and frontend development. Extensive experience with Power BI , including report development, dashboards, and data modeling. Proven experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server , including database infrastructure development and maintenance. Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization. Strong experience with ETL processes and enterprise system integrations. In-depth knowledge of DAX, Tabular data models, and data modeling principles . Hands-on experience with Python . Ability to independently translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver complete BI projects. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with manufacturing, procurement, and project management processes. Experience with SAP or SAP data integration. Experience using AI tools for BI development, data analytics, or automation. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
