We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our amazing growing team where each team member makes an impact. You will create various designs and help us engage users in creative & inspiring ways and will be responsible for the appearance of our apps with millions of users Responsibilities: Develop and create creative performance video ads (FB, Google, and TikTok) Execute end-to-end production of scripted videos, from concept ideation through writing, filming, designing, and editing. Collaborate with creators, actors, and influencers worldwide Research and identity social media trends relevant to our target audience Get insights and improve creative tests according to performance data Be a part of a team of video creators in Tap’s marketing department Must have: +5 years experience in creative performance video ads Experience in video editing and video production A strong ideation ability and storytelling skills Experience with Adobe apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After effects. Strong design skills in graphic design & typography – advantage B.D in visual communication – advantage A creative mind with strong design skills Fluent English speaker Strong understanding of typography and hierarchies Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and meet the deadlines
