At Elysian Softech, we are looking for a sharp, driven, and motivated Sales Representative with experience in B2B sales and the technology industry to join our growth team. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to open doors, create meaningful business conversations, identify opportunities, schedule meetings, build strong relationships, and support sales processes with businesses and organizations. Responsibilities Manage sales processes with business clients Reach out to potential clients and create new business opportunities Schedule business meetings and lead initial sales conversations Develop strategic partnerships and business collaborations Identify client needs and match them with the company’s solutions Work closely with the development, marketing, and management teams Attend in-person client meetings when needed Take part in the growth of an innovative technology company in the AI and business automation space Requirements Previous experience in B2B sales Experience or familiarity with technology, software, SaaS, AI, or digital solutions Strong networking and relationship-building skills Ability to schedule meetings, conduct sales conversations, and lead initial client engagement Entrepreneurial mindset, independence, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills in Hebrew, both written and verbal Good English level, a strong advantage Experience working with CRM systems, an advantage Ability to attend in-person client meetings when required What We Offer Full-time position in a hybrid work model Combination of office work in Petah Tikva and remote work from home A dynamic, interesting, and challenging role in a growing technology company Exposure to AI, automation, software, and business innovation Career growth, professional development, and real impact on the company’s growth A young, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking work environment
