Director of Finance (part time)

We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance for a part-time position, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Manage all accounting, financial and legal operations across Israeli and U.S. entities, including Billing, accounts receivable/payable, revenue recognition, Insurance and compliance. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Oversee all payroll-related processes and manage external payroll providers, bookkeepers, and other finance vendors. Monitor budget-to-actual performance and provide variance analysis. Manage cash flow forecasting and ongoing cash management. Oversee banking relationships and treasury activities. Manage relationships with external auditors and advisors to ensure seamless audits and local, state and federal compliance, including tax filings (Israel + USA). Own and manage the company’s cap table and ESOP plan including option grants, trustee reporting and documentation. Establish, maintain, and enhance internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. Develop and scale finance processes, policies, and procedures to support the company’s growth and evolving business needs. Perform additional finance leadership responsibilities as required. Requirements: CPA Proven working experience as a Director of Finance for at least 3 years at hi-tech firm with offices in USA 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience Advanced degree in business / economics Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Excellent accounting, software user and administration skills Great communication skills
