Today, Altius works with many of Israel's leading institutional investors and continues to expand its footprint across the private markets ecosystem. ## About the Role We are looking for a Client Solutions Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong financial background who enjoys working directly with clients and helping them solve complex challenges. The role sits at the intersection of investments, client relationships, and technology. You will work closely with institutional investors, helping them maximize the value of the Altius platform while serving as a trusted partner throughout their investment journey. ## What You'll Do - Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients - Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing platform adoption - Support investment teams in leveraging Altius across portfolio construction, manager selection, and liquidity planning workflows - Present new product capabilities and best practices to clients - Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and deliver additional value - Gather client feedback and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams - Build trusted relationships with senior investment professionals ## What We're Looking For - 2+ years of experience in financial services, investments, private markets, alternatives, wealth management, investor relations, or related fields - Strong understanding of investment concepts and financial markets - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Client-oriented mindset with a proactive approach - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities - Fluent Hebrew and English ## Nice to Have - Experience working with institutional investors, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, or investment funds - Background in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, private credit, or alternative investments - Experience in investor relations, capital raising, placement, or manager research ## Why Join Us? - Work at the intersection of fintech, AI, and private markets - Engage daily with leading institutional investors - Join a fast-growing company with significant market traction - Take ownership and make a direct impact on clients, product, and business growth
