Serve as the onsite IT owner in Israel. Own day-to-day IT operations including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, user lifecycle management, and security controls. We're looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to serve as our in-house, onsite IT owner in Israel. This is a fully hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for day-to-day IT operations, working closely with our global IT and leadership teams. Responsibilities Serve as the onsite IT point of contact for the Israel office, in coordination with global teams. Provide hands-on support across Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and SharePoint. Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, peripherals, and collaboration tools. Own user lifecycle management: onboarding/offboarding, access rights, security groups, and role-based permissions. Design, manage, and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, structures, and permission models. Manage system updates, patching, backups, and basic security controls. Requirements 3–5+ years of hands-on IT support / systems administration experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint site creation and permission management. What you bring Experience supporting both Windows and MacOS environments. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, Wi-Fi). Strong communication skills and a practical, service-oriented approach. Nice to have Azure AD / Entra ID administration. Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
