Customer Success Manager
We’re growing - and hiring! 🚀 Weirdoz, a fast-growing startup based in Beersheba 🚀 We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team! ✨ Full-time position, based at our offices in Beersheba What will you do? * Support new customers from onboarding through full adoption of the platform • Conduct product trainings, onboarding sessions, and customer implementation processes • Provide ongoing support and initial troubleshooting • Build and improve onboarding processes and customer experience • Work closely with the development, product, and support teams Requirements: ✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ✔️ Previous experience in Customer Success / Onboarding – an advantage ✔️ Background in the restaurant industry – a significant advantage ✔️ Fast learner with strong organizational and teamwork skills ✔️ French speaker – an advantage If you enjoy guiding customers, supporting them, and making sure they’re happy from day one — this is the perfect place for you to grow!
