Requirements We are looking for an experienced technical and managerial lead to head development teams, define architecture, and directly influence the financial products of tomorrow. What Does the Role Include? The role combines hands-on managerial leadership alongside technical and architectural ownership of Native Android applications and cross-platform teams (Android & iOS): Management & Team Leadership: Direct management of development teams, task distribution within an Agile/Scrum environment, mentoring, coaching, and professional development of team members. Architecture & Technical Direction: Designing and guiding complex architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVP), maintaining high code quality standards, memory management, and performance. Cross-Platform Leadership: Leading integrated Android and iOS projects, delivering technical solutions for complex challenges, and providing end-to-end guidance. Processes & Infrastructure: Involvement in building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and implementing advanced technologies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with department managers, Scrum Masters, infrastructure teams, architecture, information security, QA, and external vendors. What Are We Looking For? Management & Leadership Requirements: At least 2 years of experience managing software development teams. Proven track record of leading cross-platform development teams (Android & iOS). Experience in task planning and management within an Agile/Scrum framework. Professional Android Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Native Android development (Kotlin and Java). Full proficiency in Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, and Data Binding. Rich experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party libraries. Deep understanding of modern mobile architectures (MVVM / Clean Architecture / MVP). Solid knowledge of CI/CD processes, mobile performance tuning, and memory management. Personal Qualities: Proactive attitude, broad systemic view, and complex problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Significant Advantages: Experience in Cloud Native app development and backend integration. Hands-on experience writing automated tests (Unit Tests, Integration Tests). Proficiency with Dagger/Hilt, Retrofit, and RxJava. Background working with Firebase, Room Database, and Google Play Services.
