The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline, prospecting new industrial and OEM customers, and nurturing existing accounts to drive revenue growth for industrial-grade memory solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting outbound outreach, following up on leads, presenting product offerings, and coordinating virtual meetings or product demos with prospects. The role will involve preparing quotes, negotiating pricing within established guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams such as technical support and product management to address customer requirements. The Commission Sales Associate will also track opportunities in a CRM system, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and stay informed about market trends and competitors in the industrial memory space. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing in a B2B or industrial/technology environment. Strong communication and presentation abilities, including confident virtual meeting skills and clear written communication for proposals and follow-ups. Experience with account management and customer relationship building, including maintaining long-term partnerships and providing responsive customer service. Comfort with using CRM tools and basic sales reporting, along with solid organizational and time-management skills in a remote setting. Familiarity with hardware, electronics, or industrial products; experience with memory, storage, or semiconductor solutions is a plus. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently on a commission-based contract. Relevant education or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
