Category Marketing Manager
The International Marketing Division of the Dr. Fischer Group is looking for a Category Marketing Manager to lead a new business activity in international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing business area, leading marketing strategy, product development initiatives, and go-to-market activities across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the business area, with responsibility for the full marketing mix, including advertising, digital marketing, and online channels Lead product development and adaptation processes for target audiences, from concept and ideation through briefing, commercialization, and market launch Create and manage marketing content across advertising, social media, e-commerce, and other relevant channels Collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders across the corporate headquarters and manufacturing sites Requirements: Experience as a Marketing Manager, Business Unit Manager, or Senior Brand Manager within the FMCG industry Experience in cosmetics and skincare categories – an advantage Experience in product development and/or consumer goods marketing – a significant advantage Experience working with international markets – an advantage MBA Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills, both written and spoken Location: Bnei Brak (near Givat Shmuel Junction / Route 4) Hybrid work model
