UX/UI Designer About Rapaport Rapaport Trade is the premier online marketplace for professional diamond buyers and sellers, offering a cloud-based platform for sourcing diamonds, pricing insights, and market analysis. We help our clients make informed decisions with industry-leading tools and data. We’re expanding our product team and looking for a UI Designer to help create a modern, intuitive user experience across the platform. The Role We’re looking for a hands-on UX/UI Designer with strong UX instincts to design clean, functional, and user-friendly interfaces. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll focus on crafting high-quality user experiences across web and mobile, working closely with product managers and developers to bring designs to life. This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who cares deeply about usability, clarity, and visual consistency. Responsibilities UI/UX Design Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products Translate product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs Improve usability and simplify complex workflows within the platform Ensure consistency across the product through strong visual and interaction design Apply UX best practices around hierarchy, accessibility, and responsiveness Design Systems & Collaboration Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and component library Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Iterate on designs based on feedback, user behavior, and testing Collaborate with product and engineering to refine features and improve the user experience Requirements 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in SaaS or marketplace products Strong portfolio showcasing practical UI work and UX thinking Solid understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture Experience designing complex systems or data-heavy interfaces Proficiency in design tools (Figma or similar) Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints Strong attention to detail and consistency Must Include Portfolio Hybrid 2-3 days a week in Ramat Gan
