This is your opportunity to make a global impact! ‍ What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor a team of NLP researchers and engineers Own and prioritize end-to-end NLP/ML projects , from ideation to production Develop models for text generation, classification, retrieval , and more Pre-train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs in multiple languages Supervise deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning of models Collaborate with Product and BizDev to align NLP initiatives with business goals Contribute to innovation through brainstorming, mentoring, and staying up-to-date with state-of-the-art NLP/AI research Requirements: Must: M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with specialization in AI/NLP/ML Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team Proven expertise in NLP research , including deep learning methods Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) End-to-end ownership of NLP projects, from research to production Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Nice to Have: Experience with product-oriented NLP development Familiarity with a variety of ML algorithms and architectures ‍ Passion for sports, media , or personalized content systems
