Bookkeeper

Full responsibility for the company’s accounting operations ( sole bookkeeper position, working independently and not as part of a team ) Responsibilities: Ongoing work with banks: invoice entry, bank and credit card reconciliations Handling local and international suppliers, including imports (invoices, payments, reconciliations) Customer and supplier account reconciliations Reporting and payments to authorities (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) Preparing materials up to trial balance and transferring to CPA / tax advisor Requirements: Experience as a sole bookkeeper up to trial balance – mandatory Experience in an importing company – mandatory Full proficiency in Priority system – mandatory Availability for a full-time position
