Algorithm Developer
TSG Group, a leading defense high-tech company, is hiring an Algorithm Developer to join our Data Fusion team! This is a meaningful and impactful role, contributing to homeland security, based at our headquarters in Or Yehuda. Position Overview: Development and implementation of advanced data fusion algorithms from multiple sensors (Track-level / Sensor-level Fusion). Sensor data processing, including noise filtering and time synchronization. Design and optimization of advanced filters (e.g., Kalman filter). Building and evaluating statistical models for sensors in various coordinate systems (WGS-84, UTM, ECEF, etc.). Error bias algorithms for active and passive sensors (Radar, SIGINT). Integration of algorithms into Real-time / Near Real-time systems. Participation in lab and field experiments, performance analysis, and reporting. Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics. At least 3 years of industry experience in data fusion / target tracking algorithm development. Deep knowledge in filtering and Data Association/Fusion. Programming experience in C++/Java/C# and Python/Matlab. Ability to integrate into complex, multi-layered systems. Strong self-learning skills and personal accountability. Excellent documentation and technical writing skills in English. Availability for ~25–30 extra working hours per month. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Advantages: Familiarity with Radar/EO/IR, ADS-B/AIS/IFF systems. Experience with CUDA/GPU acceleration.
