Product Manager (Transition from GTM Ops)
About Base.ai Base is an AI Customer Engagement Marketing platform helping B2B companies build a Customer-Led Growth (CLG) framework through AI-powered lifecycle experiences and activation. Our platform provides AI-based journey tracking, automation, insights, and personalized journeys, so companies can focus on their customer base and the best next action for each customer, while attributing growth to strategic activations. We're trusted by leading global companies like Broadcom, Adobe, SAP, NiCE, Fortinet, and 150+ others. We move fast, use AI in every aspect of our work, and are deeply customer-obsessed. About the role This is a role designed specifically for experienced RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CS Ops professionals who want to break into Product. Here's our thinking: the hardest parts of this job are understanding how enterprise SaaS actually works, owning complex systems, and driving cross-functional work without formal authority. If you've spent years doing exactly that, you already have the foundation. What we'll teach you is the product craft. You'll own initiatives end-to-end: writing requirements, aligning teams, prototyping, and even shipping smaller changes directly to production using AI-assisted tools (no dev background needed, we've shipped 80+ features this way). It's a high-ownership, fast-moving role for people who want to build, not just plan, and it's a genuine path into a full Product Manager position for those who prove themselves. If you know our customers' world from the inside and you're ready to work hard to make this leap, this is your door in. What you'll do Own product initiatives from kickoff through post-release. Translate customer and internal input into clear, actionable product requirements. Align engineering, design, and stakeholders on scope, tradeoffs, implementation details and delivery decisions. Own feature rollout , enablement, and activation with CS. Build deep understanding of customer personas, use cases, and desired outcomes by running direct customer conversations, joining onboarding and support sessions. Take hands-on ownership of features post-launch, becoming the internal product SME through customer adoption and successful use cases. Build & ship smaller product changes directly when needed using Cursor and AI-assisted tools (we’ve shipped 80+ features without developer involvement, to date). What we're looking for 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Success Operations (a must). Hands-on ownership and admin experience with complex platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, customer marketing / lifecycle tools, or similar), including configuration, permissions, and integrations. A track record of managing cross-functional processes and projects, often without formal authority. Strong understanding of how a B2B SaaS enterprise operates across GTM, CS, and revenue functions. A customer-centric mindset and a love for great user experience. Clear written and verbal communication, including customer-facing discussions. Comfort operating in early-stage, high-ownership, low-structure environments. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple workstreams at once. Genuine hunger to move into Product, and the willingness to work hard to get there. Willing to work US hours when needed. Hybrid model: 3 office days a week in our Tel Aviv office (next to Hashalom train station).
