VP Global Sales
The VP Global Sales is responsible for leading the company’s global sales organization and driving sustainable revenue growth across all markets and channels. This executive role executes the global sales strategy, develops high-performing sales teams, strengthens channel partnerships, expands strategic customer relationships, and ensures the achievement of business objectives. As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP Global Sales plays a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, and building a scalable, performance-driven sales organization worldwide. This role is designed for a hands-on individual who excels in conducting sales achievements with high-level decision-makers. Role definition Sales Strategy & Business Growth Partner with the Co-CEO and executive leadership team to shape and execute the global sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans. Drive revenue growth, market penetration, profitability, and market share across all territories. Identify, develop and execute new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and commercial initiatives to expand the company’s global footprint and revenue streams. Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and target-setting processes. Prepare & present comprehensive business plan for approval by the management. Global Sales Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales leaders and sales teams across multiple geographies. Establish clear performance expectations, objectives, and KPIs throughout the sales organization. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and high performance. Ensure consistent sales methodologies, processes, and best practices are implemented globally. Build succession plans and develop future sales leadership capabilities. Channel & Partner Management Develop and strengthen the company’s global network of distributors, channel partners, and strategic alliances. Define channel strategies and partner engagement models to maximize revenue opportunities. Monitor partner performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity and market coverage. Negotiate and manage strategic commercial agreements with key channel partners. Strategic Customer Engagement Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Personally engage in strategic sales opportunities and high-value negotiations. Support the sales organization in winning complex enterprise opportunities. Drive customer retention, loyalty, and account growth initiatives. Sales Operations & Performance Management Monitor sales performance, conversion metrics, and market trends to ensure achievement of targets. Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales effectiveness. Ensure effective use of CRM systems and sales performance tools across the organization. Regularly report business performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to executive management. Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and risks. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Tech Support, R&D, Operations, Finance and other departments Provide market feedback to support product roadmap and go-to-market decisions. Lead pricing strategy recommendations, commercial policies, and strategic account terms. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage. 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including senior global sales management roles. Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth in international B2B environments. Strong experience managing channel partners, distributors, and indirect sales models. Experience selling technical products, technology solutions, or complex systems. Experience in strategic account management, executive-level relationship building, and complex negotiations. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into measurable sales results. Strategic thinker with a business development mindset and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams. Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on results and performance. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, influencing, and change leadership skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively internationally
