Navigate and utilize various internal systems, websites, and applications to resolve client issues efficiently. Job Requirements Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Back Office roles – Mandatory . Tech-Savvy: Strong technological affinity and a fast-learning curve (for working with various systems, websites, and mobile applications). Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong service-oriented mindset, and the ability to effectively multitask. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharma or medical device industry – A significant advantage .
