Senior Software Engineer - AI Core We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the AI Core team and build one of the core capabilities in Tipalti's AI Platform. This role involves designing, building, and delivering scalable software solutions while collaborating on architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices. You'll work closely with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional engineering teams to build the infrastructure that powers AI capabilities across the company. This is an opportunity to contribute to Tipalti's AI Platform, solve challenging technical problems, and build the infrastructure that powers AI capabilities across the company. You'll collaborate with exceptional engineers and have a significant impact on the future of AI at Tipalti. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions. Write high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high engineering standards. Deliver complex features and initiatives end-to-end. Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and other engineering teams. Contribute to improvements in system quality, performance, security, and scalability. About You Strong Full Stack engineering experience (5+ years) Proven experience building complex software systems in a production environment. Strong system design and software engineering skills. Experience building distributed, cloud-based systems. Experience working on large-scale, production-grade systems. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple teams. Experience with AI, LLMs, or Agentic Systems is a strong advantage. Why join Tipalti?
