Position- Content Designer / UX Writer Content Designer / UX Writer | Position Number: 5001 We are looking to add a Content Designer / UX Writer to our studio (a team of about 15) specializing in digital, engaged in UX&UI innovative systems for management, monitoring, control and applications. Working mainly with global hi-tech companies and leading startups. The position is in a client’s project, a high-tech company in the cloud field. On certain days, conversations are also held at relatively late hours (8 PM).. Job description The job includes writing content for onboarding processes, product and feature sorting processes, prompts, banners, confirmation screens and more. Working with other writers, product managers and marketing managers in order to develop and write content that will help customers understand, use and love the tool/product. Working closely with Product Designers, UX researchers and product managers. The work processes include the production of drafts, examination with clients, usability tests, accuracy corrections. Collaboration with writers responsible for other products in the organization to ensure the creation of a uniform message. Requirements English at a native language level (the product is in English and is aimed at the American market). Ability to write accessible and clear content that is easy to read. Independent work in the field to promote things independently in front of all the teams. Ability to create and edit content that will be concise and adapted to users. High communication skills face to face and video calls. Ability to respond to feedback in a pleasant manner and implement changes accordingly. Ability to process information and implement it quickly. Ability to embrace opportunities to improve and learn how things are done. +2 years of professional writing experience. +1 years of writing experience within a product (UI, settings, tooltips, etc.). Experience in writing an accessible and friendly tone. Ability to follow and update guidelines in writing content. A passion for consistency in the process. A portfolio of works in the field of writing (please attach with the submission of the CV). ? What else can help Experience in content development for new products.
