Job Summary: Responsible for developing and maintaining CMM programs generating CMM programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components. The CMM Programmer will review blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria following best practices and will be familiar with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques. Investigate customer complaints,8D reports, Perform process audits. FAI submission Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and generate CMM programs to inspect and verify production materials and components. Review blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria. Ensure compliance with ANSI/ASME, ISO, and GD&T standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and efficient inspection processes. Implement Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve inspection processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMM programming and inspection. Investigate customer complaints,8D reports, audit. FAI submission Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: CMM programmer in Cosmos language. Experience in PAS usage is advantage. Mitutoyo CMM machine usage is adventure. Required Education/Experience : Min. 3 years proven experience in production lines management. Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical engineering – advantage.
