DevOps Engineer
DevOps Engineer The investing world is evolving quickly, and Blink is expanding our R&D team. We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure powering our next-generation trading platform. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about cloud engineering, thrives in fast-moving environments, and loves solving complex infrastructure challenges that directly impact performance, reliability, and global scale. What You’ll Do Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Build, optimize, and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable deployments Deploy, monitor, and operate applications in Kubernetes (GKE & Helm experience – advantage) Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Kibana Manage cloud networking components including DNS, load balancers, CDN, and VPN configurations Ensure strong security practices across infrastructure (Wiz experience – advantage) Collaborate closely with backend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver highly available and high-performance systems Continuously improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents in real time Apply cost-awareness and basic cloud economics considerations to infrastructure design What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer and/or DevOps Engineer Expert-level proficiency in GCP – must Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) Proven expertise with Terraform and IaC principles Deep understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, CDN, VPN, etc.) Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in high-scale production environments Independent, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn Experience working with SQL environments BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Nice to Have 2+ years of backend development experience Experience with Kafka or Redis Experience working as DevOps in startup environments Perks at Blink Impact & Innovation Work on critical infrastructure powering cutting-edge fintech systems Build solutions that go directly to production and support real users Work with modern cloud technologies at meaningful scale Grow With Us Collaborate with talented engineers who challenge and support each other Space to experiment, innovate, and expand your technical impact Opportunities to deepen your cloud, DevOps, and architectural expertise The Practical Stuff Full social benefits (including study fund) Hybrid and flexible work environment Stock option plan available according to company policy Friendly, collaborative, high-energy team culture
