We are looking for a highly strategic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Strategy Manager to serve as the marketing brain behind our game titles. This role acts as the key focal point between the Marketing department and the Game Studio teams & management , owning the end-to-end strategic marketing vision and execution for the games. This position is a maternity leave replacement Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Build, own, and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies for Playtika game titles across online and offline channels. Develop annual, quarterly, and long-term Product Marketing Plans aligned with business goals, player lifecycle, and franchise strategy. Lead strategic campaign planning focused on new user acquisition, dormant player reactivation, retention, and brand growth. Identify and explore new growth engines, emerging platforms, audience opportunities, and innovative marketing approaches. Translate business objectives, game roadmaps, and player insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the primary marketing focal point between Marketing, Studio, Product, UA, Creative, Analytics, Research, Social, and cross teams. Drive alignment and collaboration across global and regional stakeholders to ensure excellence of execution . Lead cross-functional strategic discussions and influence decision-making through insights and business rationale. Ensure strong project management, prioritization, communication, and operational execution across multiple initiatives simultaneously. Campaign & Performance Management Build and monitor integrated 360° marketing plans across paid, owned, earned, influencer, social and brand channels. Consistently analyze campaign performance, marketing effectiveness, and player behavior using clear KPIs and actionable insights. Partner with Analytics and BI teams to measure incrementality, ROI, LTV impact, retention, and overall business performance. Present strategic recommendations, campaign results, and growth opportunities to senior leadership. Player & Market Insights Uncover and curate actionable player insights in collaboration with Analytics, Research, and CI teams. Conduct competitive analysis, category trend analysis, and market opportunity assessments. Develop deep understanding of player motivations, behaviors, and audience segmentation to improve marketing effectiveness. Innovation & AI-Driven Marketing Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing strategy, campaign ideation, creative effectiveness, audience targeting, and operational efficiency. Use AI-driven insights, automation, predictive analysis, and experimentation methodologies to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. Stay updated on trends in gaming, digital marketing, AI, creator ecosystems, and player engagement. Requirements Professional Experience BA/BSc in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, product marketing or growth marketing . Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders. Proven experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
