Cynamics is a Cloud-based Network Detection & Response solution for organizations of all sizes, providing elite cybersecurity defense and visibility at scale. It's probe-less, agent-free, and uses just 1% of network traffic to get 100% visibility using our state-of-the-art patented and academically acknowledged AI. We are growing our Product Management team in the IL site, working from the Sapir building in the Ramat-Gan Bursa area in a hybrid flexibility. The ideal candidate is a team player with extensive knowledge in IP networks, who is passionate about building new products.  Manage and prioritize product requirements   Lead the Agile process in collaboration with R&D Write PRD documents with detailed requirements Work closely with the R&D, Marketing and Sales Collect feedback from customers and generate requirements accordingly Present the roadmap to customers and prospects Partner with leading technology vendors Be responsible for communicating the business requirements to the engineering teams Juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 3+ years of experience as a hands-on Product Manager in a technical domain with a proven success record 3+ years of experience as a software developer and/or software architect / Data Scientist Understanding of software architecture concepts Deep understanding of IP Networks Analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills Experience with at least one of the following subjects: Cloud, AI, Cyber Security Team player and passionate about problem solving Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
