About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented IT Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support, both onsite and remotely, while maintaining our day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and employee technology experience. You will work closely with employees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment, while supporting our security and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for Windows and macOS environments, including hardware, software, and user-related issues. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, access permissions, and secure equipment returns. Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including users, groups, MFA, SSO, and access management. Deploy and manage endpoint devices through MDM solutions, including encryption, patching, and security policies. Maintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, VPN, firewalls, meeting room equipment, and peripherals. Manage IT assets, software licenses, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships. Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and coordinate with external service providers. Support IT security controls, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement of internal IT processes. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on IT support or administration experience , or equivalent relevant military technical experience, preferably in a growing high-tech environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS hardware and software. Hands-on experience administering both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Practical experience with MDM and endpoint management tools such as Intune, JumpCloud, Jamf, or similar. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, VLANs, and firewalls. Experience managing IT assets, software licenses, procurement, and vendors. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of technical issues from start to resolution. Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills. Good communication skills in Hebrew and English. Nice to Have Experience supporting R&D and software development teams. Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments. Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Experience with endpoint security tools such as DLP, EDR, or XDR.
