Join a leading nationwide organization as a Senior System Infrastructure Engineer and take a key role in managing and improving complex IT infrastructure. This hands-on position combines enterprise infrastructure management, independent project leadership, and troubleshooting across hybrid environments. What You'll Do Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and cloud environments. Administer VMware and Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and Microsoft 365. Lead infrastructure projects independently, from planning through implementation and production. Develop complex PowerShell scripts and troubleshoot advanced infrastructure issues at Tier 2/3 level. Collaborate with development and IT teams, manage infrastructure changes, and provide technical guidance to support teams. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer in a large enterprise environment with hundreds of servers and thousands of endpoints - Must Strong hands-on experience with VMware and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) - Must Proven experience leading IT infrastructure projects independently - Must Strong experience independently developing complex PowerShell scripts - Must Experience with VMware vSAN, VDI, storage and backup solutions - Advantage Knowledge of Linux, automation, networking and security - Advantage Relevant technical certifications (VMware, MCSA, CCNA, Azure, DevOps) - Advantage ‍ Location: Modi'in ‍
