Operational Buyer

We’re looking for an Operations Buyer to join our Supply Chain team. You’ll manage day-to-day work with our operational suppliers, from onboarding new vendors to tracking each order through delivery. The role suits someone who’s accurate and organized, works well to tight deadlines, and enjoys working daily with Procurement, international suppliers and internal teams. Responsibilities: Onboard new suppliers in the ERP system and collect the documents and details needed. Create purchase orders (POs) and follow up until suppliers confirm them. Track order status with suppliers and keep company systems up to date. Spot delays or problems early and escalate them right away. Communicate in English with suppliers around the world every day. Requirements: Excellent English, spoken and written. Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Working knowledge of Excel (tables, sorting, basic formulas). Previous experience as an Operations Buyer, or in procurement or logistics. Knowledge of import and export processes. Ability to handle several tasks at once and meet deadlines under pressure. A team player.
